Problem not found by doctors

I have a relative that get dizzy whenever she stands up but after visiting two generalists and a cardiologist and doing all the tests nothing came out everyone tells her that she is healthy despite her suffering to this day. I made a little research and found about something called orthostatic hypotension and it has the same symptoms she is dealing with. My question is can a neurologist help her? does the neurologist have tests that go deeper into the situation because all normal signals and tests indicates a healthy body ? and if not a neurologist who can find her problem? or is this a problem that goes beyond the limits of medicine and the tools humanity has?

This can be due to orthostatic hypotension if it was documented by measuring blood pressure and this could have different causes, some neurological conditions can cause orthostatic hypotension especially in eldery. Some medications can be helpful. She can see a neurologist for her problem in order to rule out other possible diagnosis
