مشاكل و صعوبة في النوم

انا عندي اكتئاب و اخذ حبة من zolft 50 mg

كل يوم حبة lexomil 6mg ولا أستطيع النوم الي ساعة محدودة و انا لا يمكن أن أذهب إلى الطبيب هاذه الايام بسبب ضروف عائلية فا ارجو منكم نصيحتى بي اسماء لي أدوية جيدة في المساعدة على النوم و جعلها الله في ميزان حسناتك
