hématome organisé

Bonjour, mon fils a une bosse au niveau du tibia, après radiographie, le médecin orthopédiste a diagnostiqué un hématome organisé. il a seulement prescrit du gel d'arnica. après 5 mois du traitement la bosse persiste. pouvez vous me renseigner sur les caractéristiques de l'hématome organisé ???? Merci.
