اصيبت عيناي في الاونة الاخيرة بالتهاب مما ادي الى الانتفاخ واحمارار كلتا العينين ولا يمكنني اغماضهما لاحساسي بنغزات داخلهما
لجأت لطبيب العيون الذي بدوره وصف لي بعض الادوية : داكريوسيروم ،فوسيتالميك 1٪ ، توبريكس 0.3 ٪ وبعد مداومتي على ادويتي لمدة 10 ايام لم يطرء اي تحسن عليهما مما زادها وجعا وانغلاق شبه كلي صباحا

Bonjour, il fallait peut être avant traitement faire un prélèvement conjonctival pour une analyse et un antibiogramme pour un traitement ciblé. Il peut aussi s'agir d'une conjonctivite virale auquel cas le traitement antibiotique est sans effet! Il faut attendre que le virus ait fait son cycle avec pour tout traitement des lavages quotidiens au sérum physiologique et un collyre anti inflammatoire non corticoïde pour soulager l'inflammation, prescrit par votre ophtalmologiste après consultation.
