Hypertension élevée

Salut, ma mère a une hypertension, il utilise co-anginib comme médicament.
Sa tention s'élève fréquemment a 16 jusqu'à 18 même si'elle prend le médicament.
Ma question est-il possible d'accompagner co-anginib avec un médicament d'amlodipine
