ADHD and anxiety in teenagers

Hello,
I am a teenager and I think I may have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). I have struggled for a long time with concentration, organization, and forgetfulness, which affect my studies and daily life. I often start tasks but have trouble finishing them, and I get easily distracted.

In addition, I also experience social anxiety, which makes it even harder for me to interact with others or ask for help. Because of this, managing school and everyday situations is becoming very difficult for me.

I would like to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist in Tunisia who specializes in ADHD and anxiety in teenagers, to get a clear diagnosis and proper treatment or follow-up.

Good morning.

Problems with memory, concentration, organization, etc. can be consistent with a multitude of more likely and easier-to-treat pathologies, including anxiety disorders in general.
ADHD is oversold these days, like a trend on social media.
It's best to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist about the suffering you're feeling, using simple words, and let them form their own opinion. make sure to bring some report cards from your first years of school if you want to investigate the possibility of ADHD.
I wish you well.
