I have a earache

I have a problem in my left ear
I heaŕ my heart bits in my ear ,it makes me feel pain and i'm suffring from this sounds
I can't resit any sound and sometimes i find my self unable to feel my left side of my body
I'm 53 years old
I will wait youn ansewer (you can write with any language i unterstand you but i feel more confortable when i write in english )
