آلام في الظهر و الرقبة

مرحبا، انا أعاني من آلام شديدة في الظهر و الرقبة جراء اعوجاج العمود الفقري مع العلم ان لم اعاني من هذه الاوجاع من قبل .ماذا افعل و شكرا
