la maladie de minière

Mon père a souffert de la maladie de Ménière depuis 12 ans, son audition diminue progressivement.il suit un traitement (betaserc et tanganil). Est ce qu'il y a un autre traitement ou non ou il nécessite une intervention chirurgicale .
