Bonjour, il faut commencer par traiter l infection, par antibiotherapie. Puis il faut bien examiner l oreille. On aura besoin de faire un audiogramme pour evaluer l audition et selon le cas un scanner. Et la seule vrai solution c est la chirurgie pour fermer la perforation.
