الام الظهر

قبل 5 سنوات عانيت من الام اسفل الظهر ذهبت إلى الطبيب اعطاني ادوية و قال لي الامر مجرد تشنج، و اكن في المدة الاخيرة عاودتني اوجاع حادة في نفس المكان اسفل الظهر في الجهة اليمين هل هنالك شيء يدعو لالقلق و شكرا
