Seborrheic dermatitis

Hi, im 21 years old male and i suffer from excessive dandruff in my hair since i was young, every after hair wash my scalp tends to get really oily and flaky and itchy and overall uncomfortable feeling when i move my hair around in the matter of 2 days most of the time, i tried alot of home treatments and remedies but they didn't really work, I've done tons of research online and I've to know that it is seborrheic dermatitis, went to see a dermatologist recently and she confirmed it, she gave me the philazole shampoo (ketoconazole 2%) alongside Minoxidil 5% for my hair loss
The ketoconazole worked for about a month eliminating 80 % of the symptoms until 2 weeks ago the symptoms have started to come back, even if i still use it now it doesn't give any effect, now im attending my classes at the University, and the symptoms in my hair are not helping at all sometimes it smells bad and i know it's not a hygiene issue since i wash my hair thoroughly 4 times a week and sometimes i use drops of tea tree oil in my shampoo, and still not enough, what can i do? And what other medical treatment that i need to get after the philazole did not work?
Hi, you have to make sure that it is indeed seborrheic dermatitis or another dermatosis of the scalp such as psoriasis.
Treatment can also be based on local corticosteroids and keratolytic agents. Systemic treatments may be offered, depending on the diagnosis, which is guided by a clinical and dermoscopic examination.

In all cases, maintenance treatment must be maintained, this is what helps avoid recurrences.
