Colposcopy with or without biopsy for histological examination

Colposcopy is an examination of the cervix, vagina, and vulva to detect precancerous and cancerous lesions. The examination is performed with a low magnification microscope, called a colposcope, after the application of two dyes which will mark the lesions.
