ألم العصب الثلاثي

السلام عليكم. امي تعاني من الام حادة في الفك السفلي جراء اصابة العصب الثلاثي و اليوم اصبحت الادوية لا تنفعها. ماهو الحل؟

Bonjour Madame, le traitement de première intention est le traitement médical, principalement par la carbamazepine (Tegretol) . Si le traitement médical n’est pas ou plus efficace, il faut penser à la chirurgie. La technique principale est la décompte micro chirurgicale du nerf trijumeau où on sépare le nerf de l’artère qui le comprime.
