Good evening. I have had a headacke since the morning. I checked my blood pressure and found 16/10. I took one pill actopril 25. Is that enough ? What shoul I do if there is any complication ?

it's not normal to have a high blood pressure at your age.
you have to visit a cardiologist to find out the problem,to confirm diagnosis and search a curable cause.
conversion enzyme ihnibitors are not the first line medicine you should take , you'd rather take amlodipin or nicardipin
