Douleur dorsale

J'ai été opéré d'une hernie discale unilatérale voilà 8 ans avec succès mais ces derniers temps la douleur s'est réveillée de sorte que j'ai du mal à marcher longtemps ou à rester debout malgré la prise d anti-inflammatoire innibrex en automédication. Quels conseils pouvez vous me donner ?
